The PEER team is led by Martha E. Brown. MD, a nationally known leader in the development of programs that encourage professional growth and enrichment while keeping up with the ever challenging and changing workplace. Dr. Brown has published, as well as trained and consulted extensively on distressed behavior, fitness for duty issues, drug testing, MRO services, EAPs and impairment issues in the workplace, particularly concerning professionals
The PEER program partners with individuals to assess and develop their emotional and tactical intelligence, build a culture of responsibility, and increase their maturity and high performance in order to impact one’s personal growth and career, as well as strengthen their workplace organization.
PEER provides diagnostic assessments in both the forensic and clinical domain. Each assessment is highly individualized and designed to be helpful to not only the individual but the referral source.
Day treatment and on-going coaching provide interventions that develop professional awareness and resiliency.
