The UF Health Professional Education, Enrichment and Rejuvenation (PEER) Program affords executives and professionals the opportunity to evaluate perceived strengths and identify challenges they face within their work environment. The PEER Program team partners with individuals to assess and develop their emotional and tactical intelligence, build a culture of responsibility and increase their maturity and high performance in order to impact one’s personal growth and career, as well as strengthen their workplace organization.
The PEER program is located in Gainesville, Florida at the Springhill Healthcare Center on NW 39th Ave and on the campus of Florida Recovery Center on SW 13th Street.

The Professional Wellness Program team is led by Martha E. Brown MD, a nationally known leader in the development of programs that encourage professional enrichment. As, Dr. Brown is the Associate Medical Director of the Professional Resource Network, Dr. Smolen serves as the Medical Director for Florida Licensed Medical Professionals.
